Lt. Col. Robert Warren Roach, WWII Air Force veteran (95 y/o), Kemp, TX. Religion: Catholic • "Piloting the B17 was a sore ass time. People were going to get hurt, it was a foregone conclusion. You either survived or you didn't."
He flew 35 arial missions over Nazi Europe. From October of 1944 to August of 1945, Roach accumulated 400 hours in his B-17 Flying Fortress. Following World War II, Robert remained in the Air Force until 1970. Today, Roach is 94 years old, and shares a duplex with his daughter in Kemp, Texas.
